Maison Mixy undertakes to reimburse your purchase in the event that a product is defective, appears to have been damaged during transport or is not to your complete satisfaction. The product must not have been washed, must be in its original packaging and must not have been modified. If you return an item for refund, you will also be refunded the taxes you paid for that item. However, you will not be refunded for delivery charges and taxes paid on shipping and handling charges for this item, as these charges are non-refundable once the package has been shipped. Refund will be issued within 24-48 hours after receipt of the returned item.
